Do you have the same questions?
Our R&D team answers::
- Can I use PROSEPT® Foam for the disinfection of the dental chair between patients?
No. PROSEPT® Foam was developed for the cleaning and maintenance of sensitive materials such as PVC and synthetic leather. It is a bactericide, fungicide, and limited virucide, but this is not sufficient for a proper disinfection. Alcohol-based fast-acting disinfectants with short exposure times should be used for disinfection between two patients. - Can I spread PROSEPT® Foam on the dental chair using DENTIRO® Wipes?
Yes - How often do I need to use PROSEPT® Foam?
We recommend using PROSEPT® Foam once or twice daily in order to optimally protect and care for the sensitive material of the dental chair. - Can I also use PROSEPT® Foam on our leather sofas in the waiting room?
Yes. However, it is recommended to first test the foam on an inconspicuous part of the sofa, as sofas and other pieces of furniture that were not developed for medical purposes may even be more sensitive than dental chairs
