DENTIRO® Mikro is an aldehyde-free ready-to-use product with lemon fragrance for the quick disinfection and cleaning of medical devices (e.g. lab benches, treatment chairs, unit surfaces, instrument trays, hand-pieces and contra-angles, support arms of dental lights, and dental instruments made of steel, aluminium, copper, silicone, and rubber). A low alcohol content of less than 50% ensures high material compatibility and reduces the allergy potential. DENTIRO® Mikro is easily biodegradable. DENTIRO® Mikro can be used to increase saturation of DENTIRO® Wipes and ISORAPID® Wipes. To make your own pre-moistened wipes, you may use DENTIRO® Dry Wipes or ISORAPID® Dry Wipes.

Use

Completely moisten the surface or object to be disinfected. Leave to act (follow exposure times). If necessary, dry surfaces and objects with a clean single use cloth. Use on alcohol compatible materials only. Test before use on sensitive materials by applying to a small inconspicuous area

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the main difference between alcohol-based and alcohol-free surface disinfectants?
    Alcohol-free disinfectants generally do not kill a large number of germs in a short period of time. Most of the alcohol-free disinfectants have a limited activity against TB, HCV and fungi within 5 minutes. Therefore, alcohol-free disinfectants are not suitable for the disinfection of surfaces between patients.
  • Can I use DENTIRO® Mikro to remoisten DENTIRO® Wipes or ISORAPID® Wipes?
    Yes. Since both products contain similar ingredients, DENTIRO® Mikro can be used to remoisten DENTIRO® Wipes as well as ISORAPID® Wipes. DENTIRO® Mikro is also suitable for use with DENTIRO® Dry Wipes as well as ISORAPID® Dry Wipes.
  • How is DENTIRO® Mikro different from DENTIRO® Sensitive
    The composition of both products is very similar. DENTIRO® Mikro comes with a stronger lemon fragrance than DENTIRO® Sensitive.

20 g Ethanol, 28 g 1-Propanol, 0.056 g Quaternary ammonium compounds.
